We do not collect, see, store, or transmit any passwords you generate. Password generation happens entirely in your browser. We collect only standard aggregate analytics data (page views, browser type, general geography) through third-party services.
All passwords are generated client-side using the browser's Web Crypto API. No request is made to our servers during generation. The password exists only in your browser until you navigate away or close the tab. We have no technical mechanism to intercept or record it.
We use Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity to collect aggregate, non-personal usage data: page views, session duration, browser type, device type, and approximate geographic region (country/city level). This data cannot identify individual users and is used only to understand how the site is used and how to improve it.
We use Google AdSense to display advertisements. AdSense may use cookies to serve ads based on your browsing activity across sites. You can opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Google's Ad Settings or by using the NAI opt-out page.
We use Disqus for comments on the main page. If you leave a comment, Disqus collects data according to their own privacy policy. We recommend reviewing Disqus's privacy policy before commenting.
We do not set first-party cookies ourselves. Cookies may be set by third-party services (Google Analytics, AdSense, Microsoft Clarity, Disqus) as described above. You can manage cookie preferences through your browser settings.
The site is served over HTTPS. We do not maintain any database of user data. The limited aggregate analytics data is held by third-party providers (Google, Microsoft) under their own security practices.
This service is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
If we make significant changes to this policy, the "last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the change.
